As a Hospital Laboratory Technician 2 of the Immunogenetics Center, your primary duties include: • Sets up new clients and new patients, including consultation requests, including sending of supplies to clients • Responds to all client requests regarding test results and/or test status, including any service issues • Receives and accessions client specimens. Performs specimen processing related to clinical testing using laboratory equipment, such as labeling specimens, centrifuge, aliquot and load instrument • Monitors and facilitates the internal routing of specimens, requisitions and reports • Maintain inventory of supplies • Print, scan, fax and file reports Salary Range: $31.82 - $41.96/hour

• Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience in a laboratory setting • Must have outstanding customer service, especially over the phone • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs • Superb time management and organizational skills
