Description
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Reporting to the Manager and Assistant Manager of Hematology Services (HS), the Lab Assistant performs multi-functional tasks as related to product manufacturing, quality control, laboratory support, and customer service. The Lab Assistant will also participate in equipment maintenance as applicable. Regular full-time attendance is required during office hours.
RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY
Deemed reliable and trustworthy through interview and hiring practices of Carter BloodCare (CBC). This includes but is not limited to reference checks and background investigation.
Qualifications
EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Blood component quality control experience preferred
• General laboratory experience
