Job Summary:

To encourage and motivate staff to provide legendary service - the unique and personal sort of care and attention that our guests tell stories about. Execute the planning, training, and leadership necessary to achieve and surpass stated objectives in sales and costs for the restaurant's daily operation. To maintain employee retention standards, continually exceed guest service and satisfaction, food quality, as well as cleanliness and sanitation expectations.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Teamwork with coworkers, adding to a culture of fun, and attendance of staff meetings
  • Upholds all DHEC standards with labeling, cleanliness and safe temperature storage of all non-prepped, prepped and cooked food items
  • Oversees all inventory, ordering and scheduling in the back of house
  • Upholds all specs and standards with plating of food for guests
  • Creates specials and delivers information regarding specs to all kitchen and front of house staff
  • Overseeing the entire operation in the back of house, works with assistant kitchen manager and/or hourly back of house manager if applicable
  • Excellent knowledge of all stations on the line and outside expo
  • Receives deliveries and reports any issues to vendors and General Manager
