Minimum of five years of retail operational foodservice management experience preferred, flexible depending upon formal degree or training

Manages overall day to day operations of the account

Create, manage and adjust staffing schedules to meet daily production and service needs.

At least 2 years of Culinary Management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment

Management of all back of house staff in a high volume kitchen, including ongoing training , development, and follow up

ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it

Four (4) or more years of prior Food and Beverage management experience, preferably in a luxury setting

This position will oversee all FOH venue management

Sets operational goals and follow-up plans for the work unit. Directs and holds all work unit staff accountable for those goals.

Assists in implementation and maintains all kitchen systems

Maintains excellent knowledge of venue’s food & beverage products, menu items and equipment used to perform duties.

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Two (2) or more years of prior relevant experience.
