We are seeking an Engineering Director of Structures to join our growing team.

About the Role:

Job Summary The Project Manager will apply thorough knowledge of current principles and practices of engineering as related to the variety of aspects affecting his or her organization. They will also apply knowledge and expertise acquired through progressive experience to resolve crucial issues and/or unique conditions. In addition, the Project Manager will keep informed of new methods and developments affecting his or her organization and recommends new practices or changes in emphasis of programs, while working on programs of limited complexity and scope.

Qualifications

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments
• Lead a project team for the organization
• Keep informed of new developments and requirements affective the organization for the purpose of recommending changes in programs or applications
• Other duties as assigned or required to meet the business needs

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Lead project meetings and makes presentations
• Advanced oral and written communication skills
• Represent the organization and maintain liaison with individuals and related organizations
• Proficient with electronic communications including e-mail and text as well as standard office applications (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite)

Required Education And Experience

• 10+ years prior experience needed
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program
