Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions (WCTS) is seeking Training Analysts to support the Veterans Health Administration National Center for Patient Safety.

Work Location: Hybrid split between Fredericksburg, VA and Remote.

Travel: N/A

Start Date: September 1, 2023

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000

Overview: You will be part of a team working with a PhD level Director of Learning Technology. Our ideal candidate is someone who has had basic ISD experience with an understanding of the overall process and eager to learn and build a career.

The Jr ISD will have a background in the development of comprehensive program evaluations. He/ She will develop learning objectives (standards) and correlating educational outcomes ensuring the statistical validity and reliability of Learner Assessment instruments. He/ She will also assist with the development of standards-based learner assessment.

Required:

• Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity and change. Enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
• US Citizen
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Be proficient with software programs necessary for the position: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop) and eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate and others.
• Manages time well, correctly prioritizes tasks, and is flexible.
• Clearance: National Agency Check (NAC) or higher or Clearable
• Ability to learn quickly when facing new problems; a relentless and versatile learner; analyzes both successes and failures for clues to improvement; experiments and works diligently to find solutions.
• At least 4 years’ experience
• Effective listening skills aimed at encouraging diversity of ideas and a willingness to resolve conflicts in a positive manner.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Excellent presentation skills. Presents ideas, expectations, and information in a concise manner.
• Demonstrates self-confidence, bias for action, focus, and the ability to self-manage.
• Critical thinking skills & analytical approach to problem solving and driving toward solutions.
