Build documentation for SOPs and configuration Management

Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

Build/maintain/tune System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure

Build workstations/servers to specification based on requirements

Assist with maintenance of cloud management and virtual machines

Setup new customers, including requirement analysis, provisioning, installation, training, etc.

Support sales for special customer requirement analysis

Must have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I or higher is required.

Computer Network Operations - Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in Modern operating systems and network architectures.

Ability to track progress against established baselines to resolve technical challenges and meet customer expectations.

Experience with troubleshooting and administering Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policies, and policies within Microsoft Office 365

Experience with working on Windows Server 2016 and 2019

Experience with creating servers and first response troubleshooting for servers in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services

Experience with adding and removing records within Cloudflare

Ability to support and troubleshoot remote user issues

Create and manage user accounts and access rights requests and resolve related issues

Assist with data management functions, including backup and archiving.

MSCE / MCITP certifications or equivalent experience

Thorough IPC skills and remote support via Service Desk

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

At least one (1) year of relevant IT experience

Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Microsoft Server 2012 to 2016 preferred

Demonstrated experience with Active Directory management

Experience managing user accounts and security within enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software platforms.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Three years of work experience at an institution of higher education

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations Certification or equivalent experience

Demonstrated experiencing managing Office 365 / Exchange Online account management as well as Microsoft Teams.

Experience in enterprise level Windows Server operating environments, including Windows Active Directory, Group Policy Management, SharePoint, Exchange services

TCP/IP and Microsoft Networking concepts

Windows and Unix/Linux interoperability services (e.g. centralized authentication technologies for cross-platform clients)
