Instructional Designer (Technical Training) - 100% Virtual

We are working closely with our client in identifying an Instructional Designer to help design and develop systems training for engineers. During this project, you will work closely with subject matter experts to review and organize existing content, design new content, and create eLearning modules on various systems and technical topics.
Start Date: Early to mid-May
Duration & Hours: To be determined by the consultant; need to be flexible working across global time zones
Location: Virtual
Experience Required:

• Experience with Oracle systems is preferred but not required
• Sound understanding of ADDIE and adult learning principles
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience developing a needs assessment and providing recommendations
• Experience using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, etc.; must own license for the tool being used
• Experience creating systems/technical training
• Strong instructional design experience

The pay range for this is $50.00 to $70.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
