Job Summary

Brat TV is looking for a freelance Junior Editor to collaborate with our Post Production team and assist in editing videos and photos produced by our in-house production team.

• Organizing footage after shoots
• Be the go-to person for quick copy changes, photo edits, video and photo resizing, and exporting final assets for our team to run on Brat channels
• Assisting bigger editorial and branded productions
• Prepare footage for edits, pulling shots, and cutting down footage for offline edit
• Work within schedules and delivery deadlines
• Source music and archives from approved sites/resources
• Read, understand, and implement directional notes on videos and photos by our production team
• Online editing and deliveries when required
• Archiving and media management of final completed edits

Requirements

• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• 1-2+ years of experience working an industry relevant to the skillset
• Passion and knowledge of digital entertainment
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe CC programs
