Position Overview

The Copywriter will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content that communicates our brand's message and resonates with our target audience across various platforms. Your words will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and driving business growth.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to ensure that content is discoverable and ranks well in search engine results.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within specified timelines.
• Develop a deep understanding of our brand's tone, voice, and values to maintain consistency across all communication channels and ensure alignment with our brand guidelines.
• Conduct thorough research to understand our target audience, their preferences, and pain points. Utilize these insights to create tailored and engaging content that connects with the intended audience.
• Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to grammar and style guidelines.
• Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to content creation that captivate and inspire our audience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in copywriting and content marketing.
• Produce high-quality, persuasive, and original content for various marketing materials, including but not limited to website copy, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, product descriptions, advertisements, and press releases.
• Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and develop content ideas that support our marketing strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing styles and projects.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and an understanding of how to incorporate keywords effectively into content.
• Impeccable command of the English language with a flair for crafting clear, concise, and persuasive copy.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure error-free content.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically required for the position of Copywriter.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and translate ideas into captivating content.
• Ability to adapt writing style to match the brand's tone and the requirements of different projects.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
• A good understanding of marketing principles, target audience segmentation, and the ability to tailor content accordingly.

Physical Requirements

• May stoop, kneel, or bend, occasionally.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to, steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards)
• May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist frequently.
• Will lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.
• Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects frequently.
• Will climb stairs daily.
• Will sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift.
