Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction on video and motion graphics as needed
• Establish video processes and elevate brand quality
• Produce and edit highly shareable video content including campaigns and product feature videos
• Collaborate with executive leadership, creatives, and cross-functional groups to create a wide variety of branded video content
• Adapting creative work to multiple social specs
• Identify and conceptualize new, high impact approaches to explaining new features and driving user growth

What You Bring to the Table

• Strong organizational skills, clear communicator, and attention to detail that thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
• A creative and strategic mindset, eager to be applied to various partnership initiatives on any given day
• 5+ years in client services, with experience developing and leading business transactions with agencies, brands, platforms and/or other companies within the advertising space.
• Experience in business development and/or sourcing new business a plus.
• Must be a self starter and creative problem solver
• Proven ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset, easily adapting to quickly changing priorities
• Passionate, ambitious, resourceful, adaptable, and humble entrepreneurial spirit
• Must have an active understanding of influencer/digital marketing knowledge & social media trends
