Junior Designer Jobs

We’re seeking a junior designer to join our team and contribute to all design lifecycle stages. This intense early-stage startup role offers the ability to see the direct and immediate impact of your work, help build a product from the ground up, and be part of a team striving to transform the home renovation industry.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, prototyping, asset creation, iteration of existing designs, mapping out user journeys, handover to engineers, quality assurance screenings, and contributing to the UX development process of the app.

Must have:

Figma proficiency, as it is a crucial part of our design workflow.

Excellent communication skills, as our engineering team is distributed globally.

Co-located in Miami, FL, as we value in-person collaboration and iteration.

Nice to have:

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, as this would be helpful in collaborating with engineering.

Familiar with multiple tools and disciplines such as Creative Cloud, Illustration, UX writing, etc.

We have a straightforward Interview process: submit your application, then an asynchronous interview with the lead designer, followed by a paid take-home design exercise, and final in-person meeting.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
