POSITION OVERVIEW

OBM is seeking an energetic Production Designer with an understanding of production processes and a foundation of visual design skills. As an integral part of our Marketing team, this role will translate concepts into digital and print-ready files and support the Marketing Traffic Manager by keeping marketing collateral up-to-date. A Production Designer will succeed in this position if they thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand how design is brought to life through production. Flexibility is necessary as our culture drives collaboration and values an enthusiastic “can do” attitude.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Review work for typos, resolution, color and size accuracies, and production values
• Making execution edits to a variety of marketing material
• Optimize production processes by creating efficiencies
• Create documents for the production of kiosk designs
• Prepare digital and print-ready files

ABOUT YOU

• Experience working with production vendors
• Able to translate concepts into execution through an understanding of both design and production
• Excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to juggle competing priorities
• Must be available to work 12pm - 9pm EST to cover West Coast working hours
• Minimum 2 years experience in production design
• A proactive problem-solver
• Expert level skills working in Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
