Manage art files and packaging mechanicals for core products and cases. Sync creative assets to digital assets management system.

Experience in CPG is preferred.

Experience in the food industry is a plus.

Experience working with packaging engineers for implementation of designs and transfer of visual assets.

- At least 5 years of experience in Brand designing

- Strong communication skills without a fear of over communication.

Experience designing original Branding Guidelines

Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and or, Photoshop

Must have corporate or product design experience

Design or redesign an identity for a product, service, or organization

Create visual identities (logos, colors, fonts), print media, out-of-home media, packaging, online campaigns, websites, applications, and much more!

Developing design ideas and strategies that show insight and innovation

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met without compromising quality

1-3 years of experience in brand design, preferably with a focus on brand identity and visual content creation

Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative design solutions

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and articulate design concepts

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Experience using tools and software to develop advertising content for the following social media platforms:

5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced professional creative production studio or agency.

Design experience in startups or agencies, working with a variety of teams on a multitude of projects

Mastery of Adobe CC, and a working knowledge of Figma

Experience in Crypto or an avid fan of the industry

Work closely with a passionate Brand Design team responsible for strategizing, ideating and producing a variety of modern design assets

Create high quality, delightful design - with designers, researchers, animators, content specialists, and illustrations

Take concepts from research, to exploration, to delivery

Strong interpersonal and people-management skills

You have strong illustration, typography, composition, and information design skills

You have experience directing and mentoring a team of creatives

You have strong written and oral communication skills. You have a knack for the expression of design concepts and ideas

You have a good understanding and experience in bringing a brand to life in the digital space

You are able to and comfortable with working 100% remotely

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required

7-10+ years experience designing, preferably in creative agency environment

After Effects, Redpoint, Canva, Ceros knowledge a plus

Experience with automated workflow systems like WorkFront a plus

Strong presentation, strategic and interpersonal skills

Concise and clear communication skills

Develops strategies to ensure consistent customer experience

Manages and coordinates brand architecture in terms of nomenclature, book-values etc.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Leads brand positioning to support the implementation of the BU value proposition

Develops brand guidelines to ensure consistency in look and feel

Develops concrete action plans to mitigate deviations Leads global brand strategy and steers brand portfolio as well as trademark strategy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience and understanding of Adobe suite and Illustrator and Photoshop in particular.

Some Squarespace and Wordpress experience.

Experience working in fast-paced environments and delivering on tight deadlines (eg. within the hour)

3D skills (Dimension, Spline, Blender, Cinema4D, etc.)

Animation and video editing skills (After Effects, Keynote, Descript, etc.)

Create original 3D brand imagery for Applied’s blog and website

Experience supporting UI/UX Teams a must

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Motion and 3D graphics are a plus

Experience supporting campaigns that span both digital and print activations; experience with product design, packaging, and print a plus
