Job Description
Overview:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, assist in sharable processes with Accounting functions. In addition, assist the Accounts Payable team with invoice and expense processing and payments.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the AP team in general inquires on an as needed basis
  • Clear checks daily in 3E
  • Assist the Accounts Payable team with processing invoices and expense reimbursements through Chrome River including review for policy compliance and approval.
  • Assist with processing manual invoices directly into 3E and running full cycle payment runs.
  • Other responsibilities as they are assigned from time to time
  • Prepare and analyze various G/L accounts as assigned
  • Enter all journal entries in 3E
  • Prepare all Bank Reconciliations

$50,000 - $60,000 (DOE)
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Law firm experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to handle conflicting priorities and manage expectations of internal clients and external vendors
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in general accounting
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required (i.e. pivot tables, vlookup’s, nested sumif’s) and Microsoft Word
  • Team oriented and reliable
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • The candidate must demonstrate that they can work efficiently and effectively under minimal to moderate supervision
