Job Title:  Junior Analyst
Duration:  05/21/2024 – contract to hire

Required Pay Scale:  $27.50/hour

Job Summary:
 
Absolute Must Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operational Finance, or another related function
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, IT or related field
• Intermediate level knowledge of Tableau, Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong quantitative and analytics skills; ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations

 
 
Responsibilities:

• Regularly evaluates the supplier base for diverse supplier representation in accordance with company goals
• Identifies relevant internal policies, diversity targets, customer requirements, and/or regulatory requirements for supplier diversity
• Oversee the Supplier Diversity communications program and provide interface for all supplier contacts with respect to certification and registration
• Determines and executes necessary remediation actions, such as research to broaden the supplier base, active outreach to diverse suppliers, and/or incorporation of diversity into the contract award scoring process
• Research and identification of qualified, diverse supplier candidates in accordance with the Supplier Diversity program requirements
• Provide quantitative and analytical support with the ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendationsutilizing an intermediate level knowledge of Tableau, Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
• Defines and advocates for corresponding supplier diversity objectives and targets for the business, gaining alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborates with other Supply Chain team members, business partners, and functions to implement changes and to communicate the process
• Recommend solutions, provide analysis, and consolidate platforms to improve integration and to streamline processes in accordance with company policies
