Are you ready for a challenge that will keep you on the edge in the field of Intelligence? Are you a Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Professional with Electro-Optical (EO), Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR), Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), Moving Target Indicator (MTI), or Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) experience? Can you extract, analyze, store, and incorporate data into finished intelligence products? Imagine yourself working on top level critical network defense missions alongside other seasoned professionals. Parsons is now hiring a GEOINT EO / SAR Analyst with a passion for innovation and solving mission critical challenges to support our US Army Pacific (USARPAC) customer.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support a team of intelligence analysts and interface with the government customer on deliverables, requirements, and GEOINT products
  • Collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes
  • Perform quality control of GEOINT reports before release
  • Responsible for analyzing overhead and aerial imagery. Provide teams with critical information about enemy forces, potential battle areas, and combat operations support
  • NOTE: Shift work required
  • Analyze terrain and structures to determine usability and possible threats
  • Compile and maintain imagery and target data
  • Provide analysis and research of industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerabilities
  • Exploit and analyze multi-sensor imagery and geospatial data
  • Prepare assessments of current events based on the collection, research, and analysis of classified and open source information
  • Conduct exploitation, development, and distribution of geospatial intelligence products to support customer missions
  • Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure operational mission compliance
  • Utilize maps to determine locations and distance from targets
  • Prepare maps, charts, reports, and geo-spatial intelligence

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Detailed knowledge of a wide range of GEOINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking
  • Detailed knowledge of various GEOINT collection sensors, platforms, and sources within collection disciplines, including associated collection strategies and tasking procedures for Electro-Optical (EO) Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience with Bachelors in related field or High School Diploma with 4 years' experience
  • Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis
  • Detailed knowledge of targeting principals associated with GEOINT platforms, publicly available information, and open source networks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings
  • Valid US Passport

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience supporting USARPAC GEOINT intelligence analysis
  • Knowledge of Socet GXP, IEC, NES, ENVI, AGITK, eTPR, VAP, Cedalion, ArcGIS and ESRI tools and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, word processing
  • Prior service Army Geospatial Intelligence Imagery Analyst (35G)
  • Experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence and or operations
  • Working knowledge of GEOINT sub-disciplines to include Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR) Thermal Infrared (TIR), Spectral, Electro-Optical (EO), Moving Target Indicator (MTI), and non-imaging infrared and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR)

Salary Range:

$81,500.00 - $142,600.00
