Junior Project Manager Jobs

Vidoori, Inc., a rapidly growing small business providing high quality information technology services & products to solve business problems for Federal and Commercial clients, is expanding it’s strong team to deliver high quality IT solutions and services and seeking a Junior Project Manager who will:

• Identify needed resources
• Act independently to resolve major problems
• Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
• Develop schedules and methods for measuring results
• Assists project manager with planning, scheduling, and goals
• Oversee and manage business partner relationships ( prime or sub) related to delivery responsibilities.
• Prepare requests and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate project services, products, and deliverables
• Assist the Project Manage with getting the staff in order to meet established objectives supporting various Federal and Commercial client engagements.

Location: Washington DC Metropolitan Area

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Management, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge and experience managing the technical and financial execution of technology projects.
• Ability to manage resources – both employees and contractors
• Strong People skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills are a must
• Ability to manage the day-to-day processes, commitments and decisions
• Attention to detail and ability to drive issues to closure
• Perform work with minimal direction
• Exceptional degree of ingenuity, versatility, creativity, and resourcefulness
• Must be US Citizen
