We are looking for a Manager of Marketing Automation to join our MarTech Data team. Marketing Technology is a critical component of our B2B and B2C strategy to enable multi-channel personalized experiences along the research, purchase, and ownership journey. This capability is built within the Salesforce ecosystem with marketing automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The ideal candidate will be experienced in working within a cross cloud Salesforce environment and requires a strong overall background in data architecture, integrations, and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

How You'll Create Possibilities
  • Develop the SFMC capabilities roadmap, implementation of new SFMC technology, and driving training and execution of the capabilities
  • Project collaboration across teams and Salesforce Clouds
  • Oversee campaign execution including process for intake, prioritization, assignment, and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Manage and build out future Marketing Automation team to meet business needs
  • Develop digital marketing automation tool strategy
  • Execute processes related to lead generation, data integrity, governance and system integrations to enable speed and consistency
  • Subject matter expert and lead administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Lead digital marketing automation team with prioritization, assignment, and execution for marketing campaigns
  • Project scoping/planning for integrations with SFMC and other Salesforce platforms such as Heroku, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Mulesoft, and integrations with 3rd party marketing database, Connected product cloud, Oracle and the eCommerce platform
  • Cross-collaboration with teams outside of the organization for integration efforts
  • Drive standardization of tool usage and documentation for consistency, reporting and to increase speed of execution
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Solid knowledge of CRM/relational database best practices (house-holding, auditing, reporting, test/control, sizing, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferred degree in Marketing
  • Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues, code solutions and email best practices.
  • Aware of coding requirements and delivery issues for HTML emails
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communications skills
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct marketing and/or campaign management and execution
  • Strong analytical background
  • Proficiency with SQL queries
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing consumer databases and vendor partnerships
  • Experience managing or mentoring individual contributors
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
  • Previous enterprise ESP experience with strong preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • Previous experience integrating email marketing systems
