Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential customers and presenting our solar solutions to them in a retail location. You will work closely with our senior sales team and management to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels.
- Conduct in-person and virtual consultations with potential customers to understand their solar needs and offer solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide stellar customer service
- Collaborate with the senior sales team and management to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Maintain and update the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales methodologies.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
