Jr/Mid Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer will work under the guidance of senior designers and be responsible for creating visual designs and graphics for a range of digital and print materials. The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in creating and executing design solutions that align with the company's brand guidelines and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating design solutions for digital and print materials including website graphics, social media content, email newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing collateral

• Follow brand guidelines and design standards to ensure consistency across all materials

• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute design concepts

• Assist in maintaining a library of graphic assets and design files

• Work with the senior design team to refine and improve design processes

• Keep up-to-date with design trends and software updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Strong design skills with a portfolio that showcases a range of work

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
