Introduction

Talent will perform content editing and publishing services for Yext on a quarterly basis.

Purpose and objectives

Our goal is to launch an internal content contribution program. To start, members of our Product & Engineering teams will each draft and contribute one content piece per quarter, for an estimated volume of 150 blog posts/quarter at launch. Project objectives are to engage our internal experts in developing content, furnish a steady stream of technical content to the blog, and deliver value to our audience. Contractor will be responsible for managing this influx of contributed content. They will QA/edit the contributed content pieces and then publish them in our CMS. This will allow us to publish more technical content pieces each quarter — while reserving the bandwidth of the internal content team for other long-form asset creation.

Tasks

• Build and publish these content pieces in our Content Management System (CMS)
• Edit contributed long-form content as needed (ebooks or guides)
• QA/edit content for the blog (specifically drafts contributed by Product & Engineering team members)

Schedule

• QA/edit blog drafts, build and publish content: 11/1-1/31, 20-25 hours a week
• Training: 10/2-10/31, 40 hours a week
