- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on joint venture progress and performance

- Manage due diligence processes, including property inspections, financial analysis, and legal documentation

- Proven experience and success in wholesale real estate, including sourcing and executing joint venture deals

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships

- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including market trends, investment strategies, and legal regulations

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

1 + years experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired.

1+ years experience hand-rolling joints professionally or personally

Experience and background in the cannabis industry a plus.

NAHP National Association for Health Professionals 120 Days required Or CRT-Medical Assistant, Registered (RMA)

AMT American Medical Technologists 120 Days required Or LIC-Paramedic License

Build, direct, and manage the finance and accounting teams to support the financial strategy for the business unit

Drive and manage financial initiatives, budgeting processes, and KPI tracking, including developing action plans to ensure annual financial objectives are met

Manages the business unit’s compliance with company policies

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related field

15+ years’ of progressive responsibility within a finance organization

Experience with high growth, fast-paced businesses

Excellent communication, presentation, organizational skills

Partner with JV (China and HK) focusing intensely on data integrity (sales, inventory, AUR, discount %, etc) for each business channel

Analyze booking reports to identify opportunity and make projections at the divisional level per channel

Provides constructive analysis of monthly/quarterly recaps at the business channel level by country

Partner with Merchandisers and JV team (China and HK) to communicate quarterly recaps, inventory levels, and OTB

Take initiative to hold conference calls with the JV team (China and HK) on a monthly/quarterly basis or as needed

Frequently assisting Accounting Management with the preparation and review of JV requirements

(Q) Preparation/review of quarterly management materials

Working with Accounting Management daily to initiate, record, or review key transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP

(M) Assist the JVs in accessing resources and services (e.g. skills, data, tools, best practices, relationships) inside the company

(M) Monitor and manage or coordinate information requests, audits, and communications between JV parties

(Q) Manage ongoing operational and financial performance reporting, including internal metrics, tracking and investor-level reporting, as mandated by the JV agreements.

Strong prioritization and project management skills required

5+ years of FP&A and/or Corporate Finance experience

Strong MS Office Skills (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills required), experience with BI360 preferred

Manage day to day activities of supporting the Joint Venture relationships

Partner with the FP&A Divisional Finance team in completing the Joint Venture’s Budget and Forecast

Health care or related industry experience a plus
