To this end, we seek Senior Venture Partners in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas who can help us connect with responsible global investors seeking access to the long-only asset classes in venture capital and ready to"think a new thought".

You share a burning desire to lead investment with capital allocators into climate and healthcare impact for returns. You must, at a core, be an excellent leader who can assist with fund allocation placement. This would be part-time (2-5 hours a week) and compensated with GP carry. You would have an established track record of deep industry, government, or allocator relationships.

As a Venture Partner, you will assist in the following activities: fundraising, partner and co-investor development (2-5 hours a week).

Over time, your success will be measured by 3 key metrics in this order:

1. You can bring on partners and co-investors for our Fund and/or Foundation portfolio.

2. Your ability to rally AUM funds into our syndicates and funds.

3. Your ability to source deal flow from your Network and region.

Location Requirements:

Asia, EME and the US - We seek world-class impact pioneers as Venture Partners internationally and operate in a 100% digital remote global team environment via our R3i metaverse.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Zoom, Excel, Office, LinkedIn Navigator, Airtable, and GDrive
• Placement experience in philanthropy, wealth management, family offices, private equity, corporate venture capital, and/or venture capital
• Understanding of venture capital as an asset class
• Experience investing in early-stage startups (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to receive feedback
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Passion for making a positive impact and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to create and deliver presentations

Compensation - As with all venture capital firms and funds, R3i Capital Fund I's compensation is tied to the performance of our investment portfolio. Accordingly, payment for our Venture Partners is linked to our value creation and liquidity milestones.
