Pay: Up to $55,000/year

Array Corporation is seeking a Job Analyst to join our growing team! This is an opportunity to embark on a career path with the direct support of an experienced mentor in the industry. We are looking to bring someone onboard ASAP to help support our aggressive growth targets.

:

• Gather information about jobs through interviewing employees, observing performance in certain tasks, asking employees to fill out questionnaires and worksheets, and by external sources.
• Focus on workforce classification systems while studying the effects of industry and occupational trends upon workforce relationships.
• Management of all employee job descriptions to ensure understanding at all levels of the organization

Position Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office (advanced skills not required) and technologically capable
• Excellent written communication
