Job Description
Paragone Solutions is seeking seeking an experienced technical recruiter to support our government contracts.This is a full-time exempt position, has benefits, and starts ASAP. Business-wise, our recruiting is about 60% IT, mostly cyber, 30% medical case management, and 10% other.


Responsibilities


  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the current and future requirements, focusing on inclusivity and the expansion of sourcing options to support workforce diversification
  • You will be responsible for leading and managing the firm’s recruiting efforts, and assisting with implementing the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Maintain up-to-date recruiting processes and ensure any changes are communicated to all affected parties
  • Identify and engage with alternative sources for finding candidates to support us in diversifying ourworkforce
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other stakeholders to identify the hiring criteria, assist with the creation of external position descriptions, and provide regular status updates
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process, to include ATS updates and maintenance, candidate review, interview scheduling and coordination, and candidate pipeline development
  • Capture and analyze recruiting metrics, and provide recommendations for process improvement, based on industry best practices and trends
  • Act as the liaison with recruiting partners and vendors


Qualifications


  • Must have experience in recruiting for all levels of Security Clearance Levels
  • Proficiency in software and tools specific to the employee’s level and area of expertise (e.g., HRIS, excel, calendar management, survey design)
  • Valid authorization to work in the U.S
  • Prior experience recruiting in a government contracting environment is required and experience recruiting and sourcing hard-to-fill government positions
  • Excellent oral, written and communication skills with a proven ability to create clear, concise and tactful messages
  • Skilled at active listening, creative problem-solving, and managing ambiguity
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Solid knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws related to recruitment
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience working autonomously in a full cycle recruiting role (or additional years of experience, in lieu of degree)
  • Understand personal accountability and authenticity in approaching interactions with colleagues and candidates
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (i.e., management, human resources, business administration, communications, hospitality, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadline and keep commitments
