Job Description
Givens Talent Delivery is Driven to Deliver- both for our customers and our employees. We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team. This position will focus on talent sourcing, developing, and maintaining a robust network of candidates for current and future openings. If you are driven to provide exceptional customer service to both our candidates and our clients while maintaining our core values of Integrity, Family, and Drive this may be the position for you.
Requirements
  • Continuous use of people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidates to fill positions.
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Ensure that staffing needs are met with long term strategy in mind.
  • Ability to maintain the utmost professionalism even in challenging situations.
  • Desire to take initiative.
  • Experience with Workable or other Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
  • Strong Communication skills- both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
  • Work to create a trusted referral network while building a pipeline of available candidates.
  • Process and update payroll records.
  • Assist with on-boarding process and new-hire orientations.
  • Focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Comfortably make phone calls, as well as engage in professional interaction with candidates via email and text messaging.
  • When right candidates are found conduct the drug screen, background check and completion of required paperwork and documentation.
  • Identify highly qualified candidates using various recruiting tools/methods.
  • Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process and placement providing feedback where applicable.
  • Partner with Hiring Manager and Human Resource professionals to create client specific recruiting initiatives and ensure clear expectations for the candidates and team.
