Cybersecurity Liaison and system administration experience, preferably with USAF NIPR and SIPR

3 years of experience with Office, WSUS, eMASS, ADLS, IAO Express, Windows 2012 and 2016 Servers, Windows 10 SDC.

Ensure and track all users receive Cybersecurity refresher training on an annual basis.

Create/maintain support documentation and operational guides for NSSI faculty and students.

Microsoft 365 Environments including Tenant Management

SonicWALL Firewalls, Managed Switches, and Cisco Routers

2 Years of Similar IT Experience Required

Clear and Concise Communication & Customer Service Skills

Exceptional and Concise English-Speaking Communication Skills, both Written & Verbal
