Job Title: Recruiter
- Attend industry events and utilize networking opportunities to build a strong talent pool.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract talent and enhance Moore's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure their technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines efficiently using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top-notch candidates in our industry.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to optimize the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to present ideas effectively to small or large groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation; will be required to travel and stay out of town on occasion.
- Ability to assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, internet usage, and social media platforms.
- Passion to learn and develop.
