Job Title: Recruiter

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to help us build exceptional teams and drive our company's growth.


Job Overview: As a recruiter at Moore's, you will play a vital role in shaping our future by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates who align with our company values and possess the skills needed to excel in their roles.


Responsibilities


  • Attend industry events and utilize networking opportunities to build a strong talent pool.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to attract talent and enhance Moore's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure their technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate pipelines efficiently using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top-notch candidates in our industry.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to optimize the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.


Qualifications


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to present ideas effectively to small or large groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation; will be required to travel and stay out of town on occasion.
  • Ability to assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, internet usage, and social media platforms.
  • Passion to learn and develop.
