Entertainment industry experience is a must.

Job Summary:

·First Professional Services (A First Tek Company) is a leading Staffing/Consulting Company providing excellent staffing service nationwide.

·FPS has a stellar reputation servicing some of the biggest names in corporate and entertainment industries throughout the US.

·We have an opening for a Recruiter to source qualified resources/candidates.

The potential candidate will act as a recruiter to assist and build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their clients. All Candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. They should be resourceful, energetic, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with potential candidates/consultants.

Responsibilities:

·Syncs regularly regarding new requisitions and speak with account manager to learn about the requirements, ask questions, and strategize on recruitment.

·Post Job descriptions; source & vet potential candidates; conduct phone screening; submit excellent candidate summaries; reject candidates; and close the loop.

·Prepare candidates for their client interviews.

·Full-cycle recruitment all the way through offer, on-boarding, and off-boarding

·Send confirmation emails to new hires.

Qualifications:

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Experienced Microsoft, Google, and LinkedIn Skills required.

·Up-to-date understanding of the industry's consumer behavior

·Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

·Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing job orders.

·Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks.

·Advanced motivational and negotiation skills.

·Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

·Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred (Social Sciences, Media, Broadcasting, Literature, History, Technology)
