PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
Assists with various tasks within and related to the IT department.

- Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computers, phones, cameras, printers, software and hardware;
- Walk customer through problem-solving process;
- Clean up computers;
- Train computer users;
- Respond to queries either in person, over email or over the phone;
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem;
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software;
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems;
- Write training manuals;
- Gain feedback from customers about computer usage;
- Install computer peripherals for users;
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur, and;
- Assists with various other job duties as assigned.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems;
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems;
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved;
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Basic computer skills;
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; and,
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Prior IT-Related experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and,
