Student workers in Technology Support Services will assist the area manager and techs with daily assigned incidents or tasks.

Student Assistant Technology Support Services -

Student workers will:

• Help to update records in our Asset management system.
• Install computer hardware and peripherals.
• Hardware asset management which can include prepping new inventory for deployment and retiring old inventory for surplus.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work in computer labs to help complete hardware and software updates.

Educational Requirements
Must be a Georgia College & State University student.

Preferred Educational Qualifications
Information Technology based major.

Preferred Experience
Experience with both Windows and Mac platforms. Basic hardware and software installation skills as well as troubleshooting skills.

• Basic use of Microsoft Excel.
