To be main point of contact for any technical issues

Installation, administration and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops and servers running Windows OS

Installation of professional studio equipment: cameras, lighting and audio

Work with IT management teams to ensure ramp ups and new transitions requirements are handled promptly.

Manage the queue of the ticketing system.

At least one Certification - A+, network +, CCNA, MCSE, MCP.

Minimum 5 years' experience in IT service desk analyst role or user support functions

Candidate should have experience in technical troubleshooting and resolving client desktop, 0365, MDM & network issues.

He or she must be proficient working knowledge of Windows 10, Windows7, 0365 apps and least one MDM solution.

Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of projects.

Persuades and influences others through and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.

6 + years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field

Demonstrated presentation, written and public speaking skills.

Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence.

Client's Required Experience And Education

Minimum of one (1) year supervised experience in addiction treatment, acute care, detox, mental health, or community health care setting.

Assist in the assessment of clients to determine level of care in conjunction with the assessment department.

Current LPN license in good standing in State of Delaware and/or Pennsylvania.

Minimum of one (1) year of Information Systems experience or college level course work.

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsible for level 1 help desk support at Hard Rock Bristol.

Available to work in a 24 hour, 7 day a week environment.
