IT Support Specialist Direct Hire: Ontario, Ohio : As an IT Support Specialist, you will work closely with out IT Director to provide technical assistance and support for our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits: Detail attentive Multi-tasking and being able to prioritize. Microsoft experience Self-thinking but not afraid to ask questions. Responsibilities: Training will be for use of our Excalibur WMS system to perform some of the following tasks: Customer setup / rates and contracts Item setup Adjustments and problem solving Month End reporting New user and follow up training office staff / may have to travel or do over zoom calls. Full time / with remote possibilities once fully trained Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in IT support or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and general computer troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn new technologies.
