We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project/Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior IT Project/Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering large-scale IT projects with a focus on Agile methodologies. Your expertise in project management, SAP, and IBP will be essential in ensuring the successful implementation of our IT initiatives. This is a remote position, but the ideal candidate should be based in the United States and available for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, executive management, and external vendors, to align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and drive project teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and delivery of high-quality results.
• Foster effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and changes in project scope.
• Apply your deep knowledge of SAP to effectively manage the integration, configuration, and customization of SAP solutions within project scope.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Leverage your expertise in IBP (Integrated Business Planning) to oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP's latest cloud offering, enabling our organization to achieve enhanced business planning capabilities.
• Lead project status meetings, provide regular updates, and facilitate decision-making processes to ensure alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders.

Basic Requirements

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Strong background and proficiency in Agile methodologies, with a proven ability to drive Agile transformations within project teams.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
• Ideally, experience with SAP's latest "Integrated Business Planning" (IBP) cloud offering, enabling the optimization of business planning processes.
• Local in the United States and available for occasional travel.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, global projects with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Extensive experience working with SAP solutions, including hands-on knowledge of system integration, configuration, and customization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

The US base range for this contract position is $100 - $125/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
