What you’ll achieve
We are currently seeking a Senior Advisor, Project Manager to join the Portfolio Delivery Office in the Dell’s Security & Resiliency Office to deliver critical initiatives aligned to Dell’s Security roadmap, supporting our Cyber Security function. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and fast-moving, with the ability to lead both Agile and Waterfall programs and eager to be part of a growing Security team.

You will:

• Evaluate and recommend techniques and practices that ensure goal achievement and influence and manage continuous improvement of Agile/Waterfall process, practices, and initiatives as well as identifies areas of risk/opportunities and influences and implements continuous improvements
• Provide guidance and track all assigned Agile and Waterfall programs from planning/initiation through delivery; conduct regular reviews with finance and technology teams, and customers to ensure the program objectives and milestones are on track
• May facilitate partner alignment and maintain partner relationships
• Define and monitor project team resources; identifies and allocates resources as necessary as well as awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and to ensure Agile/Waterfall program deliverables are met
• Responsible for mid-to-large sized projects where impact is on the entire function or process, capable of supporting initiatives across Security functions

Essential Requirements

• Proficient written and spoken English language skills
• Proficient in multiple modes of delivery including Agile and Waterfall
• 8+ years of experience in program/project management, portfolio management, process mapping, strategic planning, or similar field
• Working knowledge of Jira
• Has an Agile mindset with conceptual and functional knowledge of Scaled Agile and Scrum

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience in cybersecurity project management and Agile / PMI certifications preferred but not required
