We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our eCustomer Marketing team.

• Duties also include communicating with 3rd party vendors on a regular basis to achieve improved business results and meet our high-quality standards.
• Works closely with a Project Manager to achieve project goals, objectives, and initiatives through successful completion of the desired results.
• Will collaborate across teams to perform various tasks, such as communicate project needs to development team, meet timelines for deliverables, read technical transcripts, complete UAT, and collect/summarize/analyze data.
• Key skills in this role include excellent time management, communication skills, collaboration, priority setting, concept development, and multi-tasking.

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support position, ideally focused on maintenance and service coordination
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Experience conducting UAT
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
• Experience reading technical specs / writings
• Experience working in an IT Product environment

• Expected pay rate of $58,000 - $67,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
