As a Project Manager you must be able to manage large multi-faceted projects/accounts/campaigns or multiple projects at the same time.


In this role, the Project Manager core accountabilities include:

  • Serves as a role model and responsible for defining, teaching, and enforcing the use of favorable project management practices including leveraging the toolkit of techniques and approach to Project Management.
  • Communicates milestones, updates, and any escalation issues, identifying problems ahead of time in a proactive manner.
  • Help to develop the skillset and career path of any/all project managers on your team – organize and gather data for performance reviews.
  • Collaborates with the customer, sales team, and needed parties that are responsible for defining the scope and objectives as well as ensure project members understand what is expected of them in their role on the project team.
  • Prepares, maintains, tracks and documents activity/progress reporting, documents, and records for the project.
  • Drives ownership of decisions to the level where the accountability of the decision must lie.
  • Use best practices PMO Methods to create project plans that fit stakeholder needs and deliver the desired outcomes within budget.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of project management experience – preferably from a client-facing or IT environment
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Initiative-taking, quick and assertive
  • Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
  • Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on the budget, time, and risk.
  • Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them. Clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues, and escalate to immediate manager where required
  • Cool, calm, collected, and collaborative work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments. Can shift readily between the "big picture" and the small-but-crucial details, knowing when to concentrate on each.
  • Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, VISIO, or similar applications
  • Extremely detailed oriented and organized
  • Stays abreast of current industry trends and innovative technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.
