Shutterfly is looking to hire an IT Operations Manager for their Fort Mill, SC manufacturing facility.
The IT Operations Manager leads a team that provides IT Engineering, IT Operations, Collaboration Services, and Systems Support in adopting new technology for the organization, supporting our proprietary platforms, and maintaining operational excellence. The Manager partners with business and technology stakeholders to ensure that all IT-related services are run with optimal performance, and that IT operations are supported efficiently.
What You'll Do Here:

• Manage projects necessary for the maintenance and growth of the department’s services to the business
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to deliver optimal solutions
• Collaborate with architects and engineers in adopting new technology, and how it relates to the growth of the company
• Control IT infrastructure costs
• Aid in the development of workflow, systems, and practices procedures that enforce ITIL standards
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians providing daily infrastructure and application support by training and coaching each engineer and communicating expectations
• Maintain relationships with vendors as they help support the business
• 24/7 availability in resolution of high severity issues escalations
• Oversee daily functionality of network and systems infrastructure

The Skills You'll Bring:

• Ability to manage multiple projects across many facilities
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Understanding of network administration and network concepts
• Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis
• Understanding of security disciplines, best practices, and standards
• Outstanding communication skills Understanding of security disciplines, best practices, and standards
• 5+ years of experience working in a leadership position in an information technology or engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Problem-solving aptitude
• 10+ years of IT experience
• Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing

It's Not Required But It's Nice To Have:

• Proven experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or other agile delivery methods
• Six Sigma, Lean, ITIL or other business process improvement training or education is highly desired
