Job Description

Description

The IT Intern, under direct supervision, is responsible for supporting the IT team through clerical and administrative day-to-day operations and projects.
Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Team

  • Support with movement of equipment and setting up workstations in multiple locations.
  • Participate & support various audio/visual projects.
  • Participate in IT related projects that support IT Operations, including Cybersecurity, DevOps & Infrastructure
  • Work with IT operations staff to provide desktop service & support to business teammates.

IT Business Systems Team
  • Assist in the maintenance, management, and configuration of various systems.
  • Participate in various business systems and application projects.
  • Assist in gathering requirements for projects, process improvements, or system configurations.
  • Coordinate meetings and communicate updates to various business stakeholders and teams.

IT Data & Compliance Team
  • Coordinate user access reviews on active business systems.
  • Assist with systems review to ensure appropriate use.
  • Identify and eliminate unnecessary content, as needed.
  • Assist in evidence gathering requests involving various departments.
  • Assist with QMS/PLM data audit.
  • Liaises with other governance, risk management, information security, privacy and compliance partners and departments.
  • Initiate and promote IT knowledge management.

IT Admin Team
  • Maintain inventory and storage rooms.
  • Provide operational support to IT team and end users.
  • Shipping, receiving, and tracking equipment and purchases.
  • Assist with event set-up, break-down, and planning.
  • Keep ITKB and other reference material updated and organized.
  • Support with movement of equipment and setting up workstations in multiple locations.
  • Reporting, logistics, communications, and other admin projects as assigned.


Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The base pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00 per hour. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
