Qualifications Required:


  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.
  • Strong aptitude for Customer Service
  • Must have 5 years minimum IT Help Desk experience.
  • Able to collaborate as part of a team in various roles.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Respond to emergency situations effectively, maintaining poise and focus.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.


Qualifications Preferred (not required):
  • CompTIA (Network+, Security+)
  • Citrix
  • Microsoft Associate or Expert level certification
  • VMware
  • Bachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience Previous MSP Experience
  • Certifications: One or more of the following:
  • CCNA
  • Apple
