The Sales Manager is responsible for sales of IT services for groups within the convention space, assisting clients throughout their event, and identifying solutions to exceed expectations. Duties include building lasting customer relationships, selling IT services, contacting clients prior to arrival to review and discuss specs and technical requirements. Responsible for ensuring superior customer service to RH&R and Millennium Convention clients. The associate may be required to travel between RH&R sites, attend all pre-con and required meetings.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two-years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Sales and Marketing Knowledge of principles and methods for explaining, promoting, and selling products and services. Knowledge of networking, bandwidth, IP addresses, wireless, routers, switches, and convention technology. Strong oral and written communication, organizational skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Must be very detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Sales, Customer Service, QuickBooks, Salesforce, QuoteWerks, Kaseya, and Microsoft Office is helpful.
