Position: IT Administrator
Location: Onsite (New York City, NY / Washington, DC. Positions open for both sites)

Summary
Provide IT Department support in the performance of day-to-day IT related matters and act as a full-time back-up for other IT staff members.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervision of IT Staff
Provide Branches with hardware/software technical support
Manage Applications, Active Directory and perform network administration for core and LAN systems, including but not limited to establishing / amending / disabling / reinstating system. access codes for bank’s employees as with Country Managers approval.
Perform End of Day Processing (Transmission of file to HORIZON)
Assist IT Department in Developing the strategy and design for the bank’s IT infrastructure, determine software/hardware needs of the Bank, ensure compatibility and functionality with all vendor software and upgrade, and maintain systems, as necessary.
Responsible for downloading software updates and performing Maintenance of the Banks Servers and user workstations at both DC & NY branches.
Perform help desk function by providing support to the users and coordinating with vendors in connection with concerns and issues.
Review requests for IT equipment purchases, obtain quotes for IT Software & Hardware products as per Bank’s Policy & make a presentation to the IT Operations Committee for approval.
Provide IT Related Assistance to the Operations Manager & other senior management team members for Special Projects.
Maintain Network Security of Internal Network and External Firewalls of both NY & DC Branches.
Administrative management of the CCure system used by staff for access to the bank premises.
Prepare and Submit related reports as per but not limited to Exhibit 13 of IT Operations Manual to CISO for his review and necessary action.
Manage Office Printers, Scanners, and Fax Machines
Maintain Network Security of Internal Network and External Firewalls of both NY & DC Branches.
Administrative management of the CCure system used by staff for access to the bank premises.
Prepare and Submit related reports as per but not limited to Exhibit 13 of IT Operations Manual to CISO for his review and necessary action.
