Payoneer is seeking a talented IT Systems Admin to support the Americas region. The IT Systems Admin oversees and operates providing US based users with level 1 and 2 technical support and track and report on support incidents. Additionally, you will be involved in providing projects support and execution as needed.


This role will be based in our New York, NY office on a hybrid reporting basis 3+ days per week


What You’ll Do


  • Perform creation of new accounts using company provide software tools.
  • Follow and enforce IT, Security and acceptable use parties
  • Participate in IT projects for network changes and introduction of new services
  • Escalate issue to next support level when unable to provide resolution as per company SLA
  • Provide weekly reports to manager
  • Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications when needed
  • Configuration of clients’ equipment to connect to corporate network and domains
  • Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
  • Responding to customer calls and requests promptly
  • Resolve clients’ computer problems in person, over the phone, or via any other medium
  • Maintaining and configure network equipment (switches, servers, firewalls and access points).
  • Logs all support activities in Zendesk software


What We’re Looking For


  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Commitment to excellence in and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to work outside normal business hours in order to perform diagnosis and/or implementation of product releases or changes, so that normal workflow is not interrupted.
  • 3 to 5 years of IT experience
  • Associate degree in computer related field or equivalent in experience
  • Microsoft & Cisco certifications


Must Have Skills


  • SCCM and Intune
  • Windows 365
  • Microsoft teams and Zoom.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts such as DNS/ DHCP/TCP-IP
  • Network switches and firewall experience
  • Cisco Meraki
  • Windows 11
  • Understanding of the IT security concepts and procedures.
  • Some Windows Servers experience
  • Cloud experience (AWS & Azure)
  • VDI
  • Mac IOS
  • Microsoft Office 365 products

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.


The annual base salary range for this position is: $50,000 - $150,000.
