Investment Solutions Manager Jobs

We are looking for an Investment Solutions Manager. The Investment Solutions Manager supports the Investment Solutions Department in several key areas including managing key product related platforms, department website updates and special projects. The Investment Solutions Manager plays a key role in supporting our firms’ annuity and insurance business.

Location: This position may be done HYBRID out of one the following home office locations:

• San Diego, CA: 10150 Meanley Drive, 92131 Preferred

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
What you will do:

• Ensures offerings meet needs of financial professionals and clients served through Atria broker dealers.
• Participates as appropriate in development and maintenance of product sponsor relationships.
• Lead projects for product related platforms used to support financial professionals including engaging key stakeholders, scheduling meetings, tracking and managing milestones, creating user guides and/or instructional materials and pilot testing. Product platforms may include Firelight Annuity Order Entry, Morningstar Annuity Intelligence, LaserApp, PolicyGenius and Annuity Rate Watch
• Maintain updates to the Products Resource pages in firm’s Unio platform including updating approved products page, product information, marketing calls and webinars, product sponsor information and product platform resource pages.
• Services financial professionals’ and programs’ inquires and requests
• Work with ED Product Management to complete regularly scheduled audits of the Product Review Committees to ensure books and records are complete.
• Leading and administrating the New Product Committee and Annuity and Insurance Product Review Committee which includes administering all meetings, maintaining meeting minutes, retaining organized product review files, tracking log and committee member votes.

What you will bring:

• Ability to work independently onsite or remotely
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B.S.) from four-year college or university; or five to seven years related financial services experience and/or training.
• FINRA Series 7, 63 and Life Insurance
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to make decisions quickly and decisively
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Service both internal and external clients
• Ability to manage time effectively
