Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, economics, finance, project management, or other related fields.

Strong knowledge of procurement, safeguards, consultant recruitment, and project management, preferably in infrastructure sector operations.

Oversees, undertakes, and manages the due diligence and mitigation of loan investments and guarantees.

Oversees knowledge building and dissemination to improve clients’ capacity for project execution.

Maintains and shares knowledge on lessons learned from the investment operations and emerging best practices.

Demonstrated experience in liaison with government officials, non-government agencies, technical specialists, and staff from development partners.

Lead multiple cross-functional programs, in collaboration with technical teams (including engineering, UI/UX, Data science, etc.), product management and business stakeholders.

You are highly skilled, experienced, and enjoy orchestrating programs with many moving parts - people, needs, and technologies

Technical program management - driving large scale software projects/programs with engineering and product teams

Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources.

You can partner with multiple cross-functional teams to define technical strategy and requirements

10+ years of experience including

Client management: Supporting fundraising and client engagements in the Americas region

Strong brand in the asset management and infrastructure industry

Investment execution: Coordinating with service providers and internal BlackRock groups (e.g. legal, tax, risk) to manage the closing of new investments

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage workload effectively and deliver quality work on schedule in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Self-starter with interest in undertaking leadership responsibilities over time
