We need associates looking to jump from another bank or lateral into ibanking. Background would ideally be a few years of banking but will entertain big four valuation gigs, corporate finance roles etc., anything relatable. As far as IB backgrounds, doesn't need to be healthcare, we are hiring as generalists for now as we build out the other verticals i.e. Tech, power - they would be focused on m&a (buy side and sell side transactions), equity and debt transactions, coverage areas would vary as I mentioned. Ideal level is analyst or associate, but will entertain senior analysts or VP level candidates looking to execute, not coverage.

The Healthcare Investment Banking Group ofis seeking highly motivated, successful candidates with investment banking (or related) experience for the associate position in New York. The Investment Banking Groupd offers associates the exceptional opportunity to work on small client teams with direct exposure to clients and senior bankers.

Associates play an essential role in developing and managing our client relationships. The associates are an integral part of our client teams, taking an active role in developing, structuring and executing a broad range of advisory assignments and financial transactions for our clients.

Job Requirements:

2-10 years of investment banking M&A experience from another bank - any industry is fine, or TAS groups from consulting, M&A Advisory, or Corporate Finance
