Responsibilities:

• Implement and train others on an inventory tracking system
• Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective pricing
• Create, implement, and manage processes and procedures to drive inventory integrity
• Establish and manage minimum/maximum levels of parts, materials, and consumables to support operations by working with project teams and supply chain
• Responsible for the management and integrity of all company and customer-owned inventory located across numerous fixed and mobile locations
• Investigate and resolve inconsistencies with inventory
• Assist in recruiting and training new employees
• Minimize inventory loss by incorporating best supply chain practices
• Optimize inventory control procedures and appropriate inventory levels by working with Project Teams
• Manage shipping and receiving processes and procedures of all materials to ensure inventory accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a relevant field
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
