What You'll Do:

• Propose strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
• Report on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
• Oversee a team of inventory or warehouse employees.
• Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
• Communicate with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.
• Develop business relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Evaluate deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Manage inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Manage schedules of employees, deliveries and shipments to optimize operations.
• Manage the recruitment and training of new inventory employees.
• Monitor demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in a continually changing environment with the ability to change direction rapidly in support of departmental needs. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead development efforts.
• Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritization.
• Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies.
• Understanding of supply chain processes defined in assigned area of responsibility.
• Possess superior time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving experience.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in MS software programs, Adobe, and other various database and project software (i.e. Microsoft Teams, Deltek/Costpoint, Go to Meeting.)
• 3 - 5 years relevant experience in a supervisor/management role.
• Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to interface cooperatively with departmental personnel and customers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead development efforts.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices.
• Experience conducting tracking and data analysis.
• Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively on projects and assignments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Aviation, aerospace and/or military experience a plus.
• Product and inventory management certification a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, Supply Chain or similar area of study preferred.

$78,925 - $107,215 a year

Total compensation: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here. All offers are contingent on a cleared background check.

Location guidelines-

Onsite = 5 days/week

Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs
