The Inventory Manager will be an essential part of the Food & Beverage team, leading the effort to ensure that we achieve proper stock levels and inventory control. They will be the owner and subject matter expert of the Crunchtime Inventory Management system for Cinemark. This role will collaborate with, and support, several departments including (but not limited to): Operations, Finance, Accounting, F&B Category Managers, and Purchasing. The inventory manager will work with Food and Beverage leadership to develop and execute both longer term and short-term strategies.

A Day in the life of the Inventory Manager:

• Collaborate with internal partners to monitor, report, and minimize waste
• Inventory System Administration – Responsible for ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the Crunch Time inventory system
• Partner with Operations Teams to report and correct issues seen in theatre inventory
• Approve vendor bid files and ensure order guides remain current
• Work closely with Theatre teams to troubleshoot local inventory issues
• Maintain and manage accurate and consistent product and recipe set up
• Support new location set-up of location products, storage locations, hierarchy, and vendors

What You Will Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Ability to accomplish a task while demonstrating a through concern for all the areas involved
• 5+ years of direct and hands-on experience in inventory management
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong Excel skills required
• Experience with CrunchTime inventory system a plus
• Previous Crunch Time administrative responsibility preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent understanding of Inventory Management principles and concepts
